Lawrence will respond to all requests within 24 hours.

Parties are free to cancel a booking without penalty provided Lawrence receives written notice no later than 10 business days prior to the mediation session.

FEES

Lawrence’s fee is $800 plus HST for a 2 party 1/2 day mediation conducted in Metro Toronto. A $100 premium is charged for each additional separately represented party. The hourly fee for time extension of a half-day mediation is $400. When the mediation is scheduled as full-day, the fee is the half-day rate doubled.

Scheduling expenses are only charged for in person mediations. There are no scheduling charges for online mediations (I use Zoom Pro), and parties/counsel do not require a Zoom account.
